    Congrats! What a big change :) Our starting weights were very close :) I started changing my lifestyle about 3 years ago :) You look wonderful! Be proud and keep up the great work! :)

    Outstanding! It must have been a nice feeling when that dress slipped down! The loss really shows in your face too.
    I have lost about a similar % and also don't 'feel' there's much of a change. It doesn't seem to show that much in my physical stats.The scales say I have lost 38lbs of fat so it must have gone from somewhere! I do wonder if we are losing it from inside our bodies (there's a phrase for that which I can't remember). This is a good thing as the internal fat around the organs is the stuff that kills you!
    Here's to the next 1/3rd!
