How do you cook yours? I got some as part of a produce co-op but have no idea how to fix them. Someone said to steam them, but that seems a little boring.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts; sauté until lightly browned - or very browned, depending upon how you like them. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/4 cup chicken broth to pan; cover and cook 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.

I grill them, saute them, roast them, and steam them. I have never met a brussel sprout I would not eat. They are really good when they are just harvested and still on the stalk....the fresher the better.

If you're up for something a little more decadent try brussel sprout and potato gratin. Delish!

Thanks for the ideas! I'm not sure I've ever actually tried them, so I don't know what to expect.

Cut in half, spray with olive oil and top with thin sliced fresh lemon. Roast at 350 for 20 minutes or so. The roasted lemon pieces are an added zing!
