How do you cook yours? I got some as part of a produce co-op but have no idea how to fix them. Someone said to steam them, but that seems a little boring.

I love them roasted or like this: http://summertomato.com/brussels-sprouts-with-bacon/
Definitely don't steam them. Yuck.0 -
Heat 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts; sauté until lightly browned - or very browned, depending upon how you like them. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/4 cup chicken broth to pan; cover and cook 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.0

I grill them, saute them, roast them, and steam them. I have never met a brussel sprout I would not eat. They are really good when they are just harvested and still on the stalk....the fresher the better.0

I don't. Those things are nasty.0

If you're up for something a little more decadent try brussel sprout and potato gratin. Delish!

My favorite brussel sprouts have been with a little low sodium soy sauce, olive oil and garlic in a foil packet like a jacket potato and cook them on the grill, I am sure baked would work just as well. yummy!0

My favorite!! I cut them in half, lay them on a stoneware baking pan, spray with olive oil PAM, sprinkle with either sea salt or coarse black pepper and roast. Someone else mentioned cooking in a bit of oil then adding chicken broth - I do that as well, only I add three pieces of crumbled up center cut bacon. DELISH!!!0
-
I oven roast mine with a little olive oil, cracked black pepper and sea salt or shred them an add to a chicken stir fry.0
