      "Noms". Especially when used as a noun. I think it makes users sound SO dumb. Like instantly brought down o the maturity and intellect levels of Homer Simpson. Not cute, not funny, just stupid and really really annoying.

      Wouldn't it take the same discipline as it does to get from 30 to 20? I mean calorie counting is calorie counting is calorie counting. It's just time supposedly. All you have to do is "be patient." Or is there more involved, as in actual practical advice, that isn't being shared?

      I haven't told a single user here to have patience and pretended that's all there was to it. But when someone is wondering why they haven't lost 15 lbs in a month - yeah, I tell them then need some patience.

      Noms is a tough one. Today "moderation" is annoying me as it's used in nearly every thread. Regardless of the topic, or the specific dietary questions being asked. The answer is always moderation and macros.
