    I'm trying to eat all the frozen things i have as i'm on holiday and can cook better for myself. So i had weight watchers chicken and mushroom pie. Hmmm.

    Wok steamed/seared broccoli, zucchini, and yellow squash...probably with more sweet & sour sauce
  • chicken breasts from the crockpot cooked with a packet of the dry seasoning for Italian dressing, cream cheese, and cream of chicken. Served over rice. Need to pick a veggie.

    all of what every1mention is excellent ideas.. :) im invited to a BBQ hamburgers&dogs..&a b.day cake.. I ask to bring something but they all said naww.. I thought maybe a watermelon... im always leery of the burgers bein done enuf soo I may just eat a dog,..

    I made pulled chicken in the crockpot (think pulled pork but with chicken breasts instead). I will have it on a salad - hubby will probably have it on bread... or maybe with some cauliflower and broccoli if I don't want salad again...

    Salmon, cannellini beans cooked with garlic and rosemary, beets, lettuce, cucumber, vinaigrette, corn salad (fresh corn raw with green pepper, onion greens, olive oil, fresh thyme). Followed by banana and blueberries.

    Tonight was leftover night, so I ate tuna salad on romaine leaf boats. It was strangely awesome.

    Tonight (and the next few nights to get rid of the leftovers) I enjoyed some pasta with roasted tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms and spicy Italian sausage plus some nice juicy watermelon for dessert.

    I had baked salmon with lemon slices and brown rice with lime & cilantro. Wasn't doing a veggie tonight because I'm having a flare-up. Crohnie problems :grumble:

    Grilled Tilapia with Lemon, pepper paprika and dill with organic baby Spinach grilled together with Roma tomato slices and Vidalia Onion lightly seasoned with Mrs. Dash (original). :happy: I use a George Foreman countertop grill for 99% of my meals!
