This is a continuation of a group that has run for many months. Feel free to join in at any time!
Here's what you do:
Post your weekly weights, your successes and struggles, and give support to the person above you!

No problem! It is so refreshing to see the weight loss tracked by pounds per month. I enjoy the graphs MFP has as well, but this personally works best for me.0 -

Thanks for starting up the thread for August! I always love coming back to these threads each weekend and logging my weight and reading about how everyone else is doing. I'm definitely in for August!0

Absolutely! Mainly this is an accountability thread and a monthly progress tracker. It is a wonderful way to see how each week fluctuates as opposed to weighing daily and it helps stay focused towards a goal. If you want to weigh in on different days weekly then go for it! :-)0 -
I tried this is June and was unsuccessful at tracking my progress within the group but I'm going to give it another go :-)
I'm not sure if it was a personal thing interfering or if it was finding your previous post, but what I do is just remember the page my new post posts to and then it's easier to find the next week. Then I just hit the quote button, remove the worksfrom the top/bottom and enter in this weeks weight. Instead of having to look back through all the pages and/or retype everything over again lol.. Either way, I'm glad you're back in it this month!0 -

I can stick with anything for 31 days! I think that this, along with weighing in with my cousin every week, will be extremely helpful in getting me out of my funk and in the right mindset again. Great idea!
