    My weight is up from yesterday. I guess it's probably water weight and history has shown that it will go back down. So even though I'm a bit annoyed lol I'm not that worried :)

    Up about 1.5 pounds from my end of July weight on Tuesday, but not too worried because TOM + starting to lift weights again this week= a couple pounds of water weight.

    I want in too!! I need some accountability. I weigh in on Fridays, and I'm going to shoot for 8 pounds, but I would be happy with the 5. I just really want to get to the 220 mark!

    I need to lose 5.4 lbs.. to reach my next goal.. I AM SOOOO IN!!!!

    I was 127.4 when I went on vacation (a few weeks back) and I gained 9 lbs.. Yeah it was bad , ate things I don't normally. (wheat/sugar/salt/alcohol) Most of the gain came off in about 7 days. The last 2 lbs of vacation weight are a little more stubborn. My next goal weight is 125. Once I get there I will evaluate my next move.

    I am doing Crossfit, running, and ballet right now. And at home doing a personal 30 day abs/booty challenge. Two areas I really want to focus on!

    GW: Goal weight for this month - 199. I was down to 207 a week or two ago and I've wanted to get down to ONEderland for my time going back home coming up. I'm still keeping this goal.
