    Happy August folks! Let's do this :)

    May not seem like much of a goal but I have been stuck here for a long time. I went down to 124lbs and then gained it back with a couple of weeks of bad eating and some margaritas. At 42, metabolism is slower and everyone I know wants to lose weight but doesn't want to do the work! I like to motivate people but I need motivation too :)

    I was doing real good losing weight and keeping it off but somehow I fell off the wagon and gained back some of the weight I worked so hard to get rid of. This is a new day! New Month! Im ready to push hard...
