    it's a saturday so 3 x bacon, 2 x egg, 1 x toast (and coffee). Normally just the egg & toast.

    having our own hens is fab.

    50 mL home made yoghurt (no sugar type)
    100 mL trim milk
    1 med banana
    1 coffee with trim milk
    388 calories for breakfast EVERY morning! =) Keeping it simple.

    Usually have a cup of cottage cheese with fruit, either strawberries, peaches or mandarin oranges. Quick, easy, and fills me up with few calories.
