    Pump Up Songs:

Shook Me All Night Long - AC/DC
Shipping off to Boston - Dropkick Murphy's
    Ego- Beyonce/Kanye remix
All Night Long - Alexandra Burke

I know there are more I am missing, but I need variety but faster tempos (Ego is the exception)

I actually prefer no music when I work out. I like the repetitive the sound of the treadmill (zUHhhm zUHhhm zUHhhm zUHhhm) or the sound of my own breathing when I swim (AAAHp pshuuuuuh, AAAHp pshuuuuuh,AAAHp pshuuuuuh). It's like a a meditation mantra that I find very centering and relaxing!
