Please Judge/Friend me

I'm serious. I need someone to tell me if what I'm eating is okay. I feel ilke I just fail at eating like a normal human being.

Make any suggestions to what I should/shouldn't be eating because I need to change something.

I feel crummy all the time. So yea, I just want foods that will make me have lots of energy AND lose weight.

I've been trying. And adding in fruits and veg. Or if ya friend me, and I can view your food diary, give me examples of what I should be eating. Anyways, yea, PLEASE HELP!!!

    Your macro balance matters far more than the specific foods. Loosely stated, carbs for energy, fat for health and vitamin absorption, and protein for muscle.
