OMG, The list can just go on and on, I can just sit and eat, you name it... sweets, nuts, bread, meat....I just love food....
  • Lay's Potato Chips. Ugh.
I'm training myself on portion control though so I can continue to eat them.
  • Nuts and peanut butter. I had to stop keeping both in the house. I'm proud to say i've been nut free for about a month now. LOL I miss those little suckers but i have no self control.

Doritos if I eat them from the bag. I'll just keep going until I get really full or somehow manage to kill a large bag by myself.

When I weigh out my portions I tend not to go over board, it's easy to keep popping them if there's a big ol bag next to me. Whoever makes Doritos knows what they're doing.

Oreos. I'll eat an entire pack and if there's another pack around, well there won't be soon.

    Cheese.

Whoever decided that one serving of cheese is a one-inch cube needs a severe talking-to.

    I mean REALLY.

Pineapple - I will keep eating it until my mouth/younger literally bleeds and/or my teeth hurt .... But it's so yummy ....

Friendship brand 4% small curd cottage cheese - I usually eat the whole container with some tuition, as a meal ....

FAGE Total Classic (4%, blue label) - Pretty much the same as with the cottage cheese ... Sometimes I mix the two ...

Anything crunchy/salty/cheesey. I'm also always shocked that other people don't have a complete mental inventory of all the food in their house, like they can just forget they have a bag of popcorn in the cupboard when that's ALL I can think about!

Yeah, I know all of the food I have, too.

The freshly ground honey roasted peanut butter from Kroger. I made the mistake of getting some last week and the pricey container was gone in a few days! There's something about the sweetness and the fat that I can't stop eating it! Natural peanut butter with no sugar added is ok though.

Cereal. Any kind from captain crunch to plain shredded wheat. I'm fine with in the morning but I can have bowl after bowl at night.

    Tortilla chips.

    Bread.

Oreos. 1 cookie won't do. At night, if there is a box of Oreos in the pantry, there's bound to be a box of Oreos in my stomach. Cereal as well.
  • Nuts - specifically roasted, salted nuts like cashews or pecans. I only keep my least favorite nuts in the house (walnuts and almonds) for my boyfriend to put on his oatmeal, and I buy the raw ones, and I keep them in the freezer so they don't really taste good. I STILL snack on them when I shouldn't...

I don't have a problem with not being able to stop until I eat it all.. for me it's just things around that I'll grab a bite of each time I go into the kitchen. so it adds up to calorie trouble at the end of the day. Crackers.. any kind of cracker. potato chips are closer to just can't stop but it's still more of a compulsory minor grazing problem any time I enter the kitchen. (edit I say minor but it's a big reason I'm trying to lose weight now, a few hundred calories at the end of each day I really didn't need... ) I wish there was some way to keep carrot sticks in easy grab reach on the counter along with the crackers. I'd probably eat those instead, but they're in the fridge and out of mind.

For the person in the last thread who was talking about kitchen inventory. I feel lucky that way. in the cupboard out of mind. things on the counter in plain sight will get me. if it's in the cupboard it's pretty much forgotten.

If it is homemade and contains sugar, I'm hooped.

I can't bake "for my husband" or family. It's just a more socially-acceptable way of saying "I want to eat 8 cookies today, spread over strategic intervals so it doesn't seem like I ate 8 cookies today."

Flaming Hot Cheetos are my guilty pleasure in the evening. It's so easy to finish off a whole bag of the darn things!

Chips, potato chips, Doritos, etc. So these things don't live at my house anymore.
