Chips. They are my biggest challenge I try not to even buy them for the kids.0
-
Chips! They are sooo hard for me to give up. I don't buy them, but if someone in my house does, they will be gone for sure.
I have popcorn instead but sometimes I have no willpower, lol!0 -
Oreos. 1 cookie won't do. At night, if there is a box of Oreos in the pantry, there's bound to be a box of Oreos in my stomach. Cereal as well.

Girl Scout's Thin Mints. I open a sleeve and before you know it, they're gone! Pop them in my mouth like it's candy! Then I hide the other sleeve in the cupboard and try to wait until the next day to eat it. Operative word TRY, lol
End up eating the other sleeve too. At least now I only buy ONE box. I used to buy several.0 -
Fresh tortilla chips and queso blanco. Ice cream. Grapes, if they are firm, juicy and ice cold. And just about anything with a cream cheese filling, sweet or savory. (So, aside from the grapes... basically things that are cream based)0

Cereal, ice cream, and cookie butter from trader joe's are my triggers0

I used to have the LONGEST list:
Nutella
peanut butter
all chips especially with dip
popcorn
Chinese food
Pie.. I can eat an entire pie by myself in a day.. Just a sliver at a time
tacos
Bread
pita chips and hummus
cookies of any kind but ESPECIALLY oreos, thin mints, or homemade oatmeal cookies
fudge, no matter how rich.. other people would be like "oh it's just too rich for me" And I be like, "is that even a thing?"
cashews
Drakes snack cakes. Especially devil dogs
watermelon
I can no longer eat wheat due to autoimmune issues so that takes care of half of the foods on my list. And with the other half, I've gotten a LOT better since I had weight loss surgery. And I mean psychologically better. Of course the surgery prevents me from eating a huge amount at once, but I could still pick at stuff all day and polish off thousands of calories if I wanted.... but Mentally the self control is MUCH improved since surgery so I can actually portion out a serving of cashews and eat them and save the rest for another day. NUTELLA however is another story and I just prefer to keep it out of my house.. Hey, I'm a work in progress.0 -
I have no one food that is like that.. It is ALL food. I am a binge eater. At any given moment the urge can come over me and I feel I must eat until I am so full I am sick. Makes no sense, but its just how I am made. I haven't done it as much since I have started using MFP daily, but there are still times I literally fight myself oer the urge to go into the kitchen and raid the fridge/pantry.
Let's just say I find myself sleeping a LOT when I am off work. takes my mind away from the temptaion to gorge myself.0 -
x2. Would easily down those family size chips from Sams Club in a couple of hours....eek.Potato chips, any kind, gotta go 'till bag is empty!0
