so well my second goal achieved to weight 190 or less i started this due to health concerns, blood pressure, and few otheres that started up. since i have lost what i have lost everything has come back to normal so i figured i show my progress:)
Now i haven't decided if i should go to 180 lbs or go to 160 lbs i still have spots on me that need to come off so we shall see
i started Jan 31st, 2014
starting weight 285+
Jean size 44
shirt size xxxl
today:
weight 187.5 lbs
Jean size 34
Shirt size Medium
Goal weight 180-160 depends on how i feel and what i think once i hit these goals.

Well done, man! You look fantastic.
This really inspires me as I weighed around 260 a year ago. I've dropped around 30 since then (mostly from just quitting booze) but a month ago I decided to get serious, set a specific goal, track workouts and log all my food intake. So far so good.
Your post helps to make reaching my goal all the more real. Thanks!0 -

180-185 sounds like a good weight range to keep. Maybe cut down to 175, then bulk to 195, and cut to 185 for a slight recomp. Great job! My journey started at 277, and this helped motivate me.0
