I made a Green smoothie
I put in a lb of greens so about .5 lb of kale and .5 lb of spinach with vanilla almond milk in the belnder.
Then I added frozen strawberries, kiwi, raspberry, mango, banana, almonds, and an avacado.
Its the best way to start my day ^_^0 -

never had this mix b4, i just make up my meals as go along. it was very filling, kos it took me a while to eat my corn. lol. mmmmmmm.0 -

Late breakfast (brunch) - 1/2 grapefruit, french toast made with 2 eggs & rye bread, fried with 2 tomatoes & chestnut mushrooms & big mug of milky coffee - yum.0

1/2 cup uncooked dryed oats, whatever that equals cooked and 200g on Astro Zero Vanilla yogurt mixed in. Keeps me filled all morning 8)0

Something I call Trish's Protein Porridge:
50g Porridge Oats
250ml Skimmed Milk
20g Shelled Hemp
15g Peanut Butter (I'm currently usnig P28 Peanut Spread as it's on offer in Tesco)
- cooked it in the microwave and I have a cup of peppermint tea with it, as well as a cod liver oil capsule.
