Today, I had overnight oats (steel cut, chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, carrot, dates, cranberries, spices). Tomorrow, I'll be eating an egg/avocado wrap and a luna bar (white chocolate macadamia).0

2 scoop of Herbalife Strawberry Protein Powder + 1 teaspoon Herbalife Personalized Protein Powder.. take at 7am.
Then i'll have black coffee + 2 brown sugar at 1030am..0 -
my standard breakfast is either kasha go lean cereal with pomegranate kifer on it instead of milk or a high protein frozen waffle with a little almond butter and coconut oil. both fill you right up0

1/4 cup of crazy rice scrambled with one egg. 1/3 cup greek yogurt served over 1 chopped plum and 5 chopped grapes. Coffee with 1/2 cup 2% milk.0

25g Kellogs Krave Hazlenut
2 teaspoons of Truvia
150ml of unsweetened Almond Milk.

I made a Green smoothie
I put in a lb of greens so about .5 lb of kale and .5 lb of spinach with vanilla almond milk in the belnder.
Then I added frozen strawberries, kiwi, raspberry, mango, banana, almonds, and an avacado.
Its the best way to start my day ^_^0 -

Something I call Trish's Protein Porridge:
50g Porridge Oats
250ml Skimmed Milk
20g Shelled Hemp
15g Peanut Butter (I'm currently usnig P28 Peanut Spread as it's on offer in Tesco)
- cooked it in the microwave and I have a cup of peppermint tea with it, as well as a cod liver oil capsule.
