    Deffinitly not genetic that Chinese are all skinny. I'm 3/4 Chinese 1/4 Irish. I weighed in at 265lbs back in February this year now at 182lbs, my goal is 150-160lbs. I agree weight loss is more mental strain than physical. Good Job though 8)
