OMG, you look phenomenal! Congratulations...trying to lose weight while also being a caretaker, and battling depression is beyond what the majority of us will have to endure here. I commend you - you have shown you are a very determined, strong woman, and you are not letting the negative thoughts rule your mind....you're kicking *kitten* and not caring about taking names!!! I so needed this inspiration right now ! Can I ask what you did for exercise? You said you started walking more but then you mentioned weight training. How often did you do that, and what else did you do to achieve such amazing results (if you don't mind). I need some tips, have been in a loooong standstill.0

I'm around 5'6-5'7. Hard to tell exactly with my scoliosis (caused by one leg being an inch and a half shorter than the other)0 -
