Is there a good website I can go to that gives me a log of weight training exercises I should do?

I'd suggest something like Stronglifts 5x5, Starting Strength, or New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women (the last 2 are books, the first a website).

I use this site too. You can search for beginner, intermediate and experienced workouts. There are diagrams, videos and an app for your smartphone.0 -
