I've been at this over 6 months, and here are mine:

The first two, I have a protein shake each morning. Coke I have a couple times per week, but have always had it since I started. The Fig Newtons are good if I need to hit my fiber for the day, so I have them often. And I cook a lot from scratch, and use olive oil in tons of recipes.0 -
