I've been at this over 6 months, and here are mine:

    1. Unsweetened Almond Milk
    2. Protein Powder
    3. Coca Cola! (not diet)
    4. Whole Wheat Fig Newtons
    5. Olive Oil

    Runner up: 6. Popcorn (Unpopped)

The first two, I have a protein shake each morning. Coke I have a couple times per week, but have always had it since I started. The Fig Newtons are good if I need to hit my fiber for the day, so I have them often. And I cook a lot from scratch, and use olive oil in tons of recipes.

Out of curiosity I checked what mine were:

    Fat Free Milk
    Fat Free Chocolate Milk
    Country Crock Margarine
    Wheat Bread
    Riesling

I eat a lot of toast for breakfast so I get the margarine and bread but was surprised that the wine came up in my top 5! I do generally like a glass with my dinner though:)
