Just to name a few! Grab your teenager's Ipod, you're bound to find a ton of songs to move to.
I made a playlist based on my projected mile times for the R 'n' R Vegas 1/2 marathon, and i had Eminem-'Til I Colapse set to kick in at Mile 10, where you will supposedly hit "the wall". It was perfect, his little motivational speech at the beginning totally made the hair on my next stand up, and the adrenaline jolt was just what i needed.0 -
Canned Heat by Jamiroquai (yes, the song from Napolean Dynamite!)
And She Said by Lucas Prata
Holding Out For a Hero by Bonnie Tyler
Tonight (I'm F**kin' You) by Enrique Iglesias
All of those songs just make me wanna get up and dance!0 -
I have an entire playlist that I love to listen to while running, but my top two:
Greenday-Minority
Sugarcult-Bouncing Off The Walls
mostly because they just have the perfect tempo for my running...when I'm at the end and getting tired they get me pumped to contine0 -
I like.. "Push It" ..by Salt N Pepa!0

I immediately thought of Uprising by Muse. Great butt-kicking song. It was nice to see at least one other person (I didn't look to far) also think of it.0

Call me another crazy Canadian, but its not a sone, I watch a period of hockey (roughly 30 minutes) to work out. The extra adrenaline yelling at my team or refs helps with the workout0

So Canadian! I love it!
My picks -
Cake - The Distance & I Will Survive

Fergie - Fergalicious (love when she says "My body stay vicious, I be up in the gym, Just workin' on my fitness)
Salt 'n Pepa - Push It
Run this Town - Rhianna, Jay-Z & Kanye West
I loved reading everyone's suggestions - I'm definitely adding some new stuff to my mix! (Especially Marky Mark, how could I forget those abs, I mean, that song )0 -

What is your favorite song to work out to?
I usually listen to audio books when I exercise, but I want to switch it up with some music for a while.
I don't like anything dirty or with foul language, but here are a few songs that I have and LOVE to work out to:
Crazy - Gnarls Barkley
You Can Call Me Al - Paul Simon
If I Had a Million Dollars - Barenaked Ladies
Another One Bites The Dust - Queen
Brown Eyed Girl - Van Morrison
I want to add to my music library because I don't have a lot of fun, energetic, work out music (other than those listed above) so I want to know...
