Pink, Paramoure, Lil Wayne, Beyonce, Bruno MArs, Katy Perry... I basically put my Ipod on shuffle and skip through till I get to upbeat, dancy type of songs.

Ha! So true!! I find myself comparing music with my 16 yr old neighbor
Black Eyed Peas, Pitbull, Cascada, Basshunter, Lady Gaga. My current favorite is Dynamite by Taio Cruz. But if you don't mind some bad words/lyrics than Levantate by Pitbull is so much fun to get moving to! Everybody Get Up!

I like Good vibrations, one part in the song lyrics says "I wanna see sweat coming out your pores" It's up beat and motivating.

That song gets me pumped but then again so does Marky Mark! mmmmm.

I love this one too! My latest jamming tune is Train's remake of Rod Stuart's "Stay with Me" it starts out at a good pace, then finishes really fast. I can't help but totally crank it on the elliptical:)

I made a playlist based on my projected mile times for the R 'n' R Vegas 1/2 marathon, and i had Eminem-'Til I Colapse set to kick in at Mile 10, where you will supposedly hit "the wall". It was perfect, his little motivational speech at the beginning totally made the hair on my next stand up, and the adrenaline jolt was just what i needed.

I immediately thought of Uprising by Muse. Great butt-kicking song. It was nice to see at least one other person (I didn't look to far) also think of it.

Call me another crazy Canadian, but its not a sone, I watch a period of hockey (roughly 30 minutes) to work out. The extra adrenaline yelling at my team or refs helps with the workout
