    Congratulations again, Charlotte Rose90. Your postcard will be sent tomorrow (We don't actually have any decent postcards around here, so I'm going to print a picture and send it).

    I'm weighing in this morning at 198.5lbs!!!

    Don't know what's happening at the mo. I seem to be gaining weight!!!! Pah! It may just be muscle weight but I'm taking measurements and they are reducing! So I must be doing something right?

    Workout at least 20mins a day
    And the one that got away in the last challenge.......i will get on my JD2 at least once a week!!!!!!

    Yay!!! My starting weight is 195 :)

    My goals are...

    1. Drink more water.
    2. Take my dog for a walk at least 2x a week, instead of just letting her out in the yard.
    3. Utilize my SIRIUS for dancing, since I can't yet afford the Wii games :)
    4. Try a new veggie!!!

    I pledge for the next 2 weeks:

    1. To walk my dogs daily
    2. to get in at least 8 weight training days in
    3. to drink 12 glasses of water daily
    4. to not eat out

    Workout goal...do my taining for 5k atleast 5 days a week

    Food goals...eat atleast 2 fruits and veggies a day (three each would be awesome)
    and drink 10 glasses of water a day

    I'm starting at 199.8 and my pledges are:

    12 8oz glasses of water every day
    walk/jog on the treadmil at least 6x in these 2weeks
    do 30min additional exercise on the days I do the tread, otherwise 45min on non tread days
    I'd love to see 193.9 on the scale by the end of this, so we'll see what happens, that I cannot promise.

    Goal is to be 185 lbs by Nov 11
    Short term goal is 235 by my 50th birthday

    I am determined to walk 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes.
    Drink more water daily..
    Limit my DDP
    Not allow those around me to slow my progress down...

    - Drink at least 10 cups of water a day
    - Exercise at least 1/2 hour 6 days a week for the length of this challenge
    - Cut down on sodium
    - Lose at least 2 pounds in the next 2 weeks

    Pledges for the 2 weeks:

    Drink at least 8 glasses of water EVERYDAY
    Do 30 mins cardio 4X a week
    Do 15 mins strength/yoga on Wii 3X a week
    Stay within my calorie goal weekdays
    Walk at the weekend with my Mum and Sis-in-Law

    Oh and I'm going to keep Just Dance-ing!!!!!

    My pledge for the next 2 weeks:

    Run a 5K once per week
    Not miss my Zumba class at all & try to catch an extra to make up for the 2 classes I missed this month!
    Drink more water on the weekends :drinker:
    Get on my Wii at least twice a week!

    I'm also hoping for 195 lbs when the 2 weeks is up! :bigsmile:

    Eat at least 3 servings of fruit and veggies a day.
    Do strength training at least 3 times a week.

    I'm in and will post my weigh in tomorrow morning.

    My goals:

    To drink more water
    To walk for 30 minutes 3 times a week
    Attend 1 hour Pilates class once a week
    Do 30 minutes swimming once a week
    To get on JD2 (when my arriuves!!!) and hopefully keep up with Looby (my daughter's sister-in-law) if not beat her!!!!!!!
