I eat OFTEN when I'm bored or just need something to distract my mind because I'm working really hard - a big part of why I'm here. On a particularly either slow or stressful day, I WILL end up at the vending machine and blowing 200 calories when just a silly little nibble would have been more than enough. So, my desk drawer contains a bag of pretzel sticks and a really good dark chocolate bar that breaks up into 30 tiny pieces. That way, when I'm feeling "snacky," I can grab like 12 pretzels or one nibble of chocolate and I'm pretty much good to go. It honestly doesn't tempt me THAT much at all - quite the opposite, it keeps temptation away, because I know it's there if I "need" it. I also keep my granola bars in there, but that's just for convenience so that I don't have to pack one every day.
Same here. I have a box of cereal bars, some 100 cal pretzels, 100 cal cookies, two bars of Equal Exchange dark chocolate bars, and some diced peaches in peach jello cups. And a packet of ketchup. Oh and a box of Keebler Toasted wheat crackers.0 -
Campbells soups, a few microwave easy-mac cups, some luna bars, some 90cal granola thins. I work a lot, and having a ton of lunch foods helps me to not order out with the guys0

I tend to keep a couple of cans of tuna and a package of ramen on hand. That and a bag filled with every condiment that comes in a packet that I have come across. Those are just for days when I forget my lunch at home and don't want to order anything. I usually keep some Greek yogurt and cheese sticks in the fridge for snacking also.0

Not really in my desk draw, but in our small kitchen. I got:
1. Jar of Peanut Butter
2. Cashews in plastic bags per serving size
3. Maple and Sugar Oatmeal Packets
4. Chewy Chocolate Bars
5. Small bowl of beef ravioli in the microwavable can
6. 3-1oz cheddar cheese
7. Wheat Thins (almost gone)
8, 3 microwavable lunches/dinners-In freezer0 -
you want the whole list? hahah
2 graze boxes
reeses pb cups
kit kats
100 grand
hersheys dark
cashews
fruit snacks
pistachios
gum
beef jerky

If I had that in my desk I would be miserable trying not to eat it. I don't have a binge eating problem or anything but MOST of those are foods I cannot leave alone!!0 -
Raw almonds. Low sugar protein bars. Herbal tea. Mini hershey bars0

I bring a week worth of snacks every monday:
5 fruit cups
5 boiled eggs
5 string cheese
and sometimes 5 baggies of wheat thins (counted out to measure 1 portion), or 5 baggies of celery or sliced cucumbers.
this way I am never rushed in the morning to get my snacks together and I know these are better than chips and candy I would have usually brought before this journey began!0 -
Luna bars, curry cashews, tea, mints. Sometimes I stash chocolate but it never lasts long...0
