            I don't have a desk, but I keep protein bars in my purse for hunger emergencies. Does that count?0

            Tea, hot chocolate packets and hot cider packets. Sometimes my office is like a walk-in freezer and I need something hot to drink to keep me warm. Other than that... nothing. I pack/bring lunch each day and that's enough for me!0

            Thinkthin protein bar, green tea, slim quick mixed berry water flavor (did not help curb my appetite)0

            Single serving almond packets

Kashi or Kind granola bars

            Right now I have:
Nakd bars (Mint, orange, and cocoa)
PB2 Peanut butter with chocolate
Ryvita wholegrain crispbreads
Weetabix
Strawberry & mango teabags
Carte Noire ground coffee
Cinnamon
Celery salt
Jar of hot chilli pepper flakes from my own plants (fatalii, habanero, lemon drop, smoked jalapeno)0 - 
            You will find 1) Oatmeal 2) Vitamins 3) Crystal Light Packets but like what others are keeping0

            There's an emergency packet of oatmeal that's been in there for quite a while. I usually pack up and bring my food for each day. Having an abundance of stuff laying around is an excuse for me to eat when I'm not hungry.0

            Almonds, Almond Butter, Carrots, Premier Protein snack shakes (100 cal), lemons, and tea bags.0

            Nothing. If it's in my office I will eat it.
But my buddy always has cashews in his office that I can raid…
