Thank you. There are a few groups on here with awesome information on lifting. As for me I started with push ups, planks, squats and lunges. All body weight 'lifting' stuff.
I added in arm exercises but when I bought the weights I purchased a few I couldn't lift 3 times in a row. Now I need to hold 2 of them.
I really need to get serious about weight lifting, but have no idea how to go about it from here. Trying to hire a trainer at this point.
