    Went hiking with 2 friends through the snow in single digit temperatures. We're estimating we went between 10-12miles. 3&1/2 hours and 2012 calories later, I feel great! :happy: Skinny Saturday accomplished! :drinker:

    Amazing!! I can't hike that fast yet...I'm closer to 7 miles in 5 hours!! But we just moved out to Seattle from fairly-flat Iowa, so I have to build up my endurance!!

    Great job doing Jillian (she's a killer :tongue: ) AND a 2 hour walk. That's awesome!! :drinker:

    Love the pictures from the snow hike! I'll admit...I probably wouldn't do that in single digit temps!

    But I did run and do some ab work today! And I have already had 64 oz of water with lots of time left in the day to keep drinking more!

    I wish i'd seen this earlier, it's 11pm here in the UK, and my day is nearly done.....maybe i'll try this next Saturday...

    I walked 4 miles this morning and then did my first day of 30 day shred.

    Alright! Well, I almost doubled my exercise with 98 minutes of running. Wanted 120 minutes, but still awesome. I did reach my water goal! 67 oz!!!
  • It was a fabulous day! Went to the gym for my regular workout then went back two hours later with my daughter for an hour swim. It was awesome!!! I doubled my usual water and logged ever morsel. It was great. I was looking back through my diary and right after my last Skinny Saturday, I lost two pounds!!! I'll be checking that for sure in the next couple of days.

    13 - 8oz waters down; 2 mile run/walk on the treadmill, and 75 minutes scrubbing floors & vacuuming! Normally I don't count cleaning in my skinny saturdays, but since I was scrubbing floors....why not? Had my HRM on! :bigsmile:

    Ooooo, I'm in!!! I need motivation to not cheat on Saturdays!

    I am checking in on you.... how did you do this Saturday? I woke up this morning with this challenge on my mind and knowing it is the weekend again already! I made it through the 30 day shred and the 3 mile walk and was ready to die LOL
