nutrient tracking

I've just added sugar tracking to my food diary and been allowed 25. 25 what? And how do I judge if this is correct for me? Thanks to anyone who can answer

    25 grams.

    And unless you have health problems exacerbated by sugar, it doesn't matter to your weight loss efforts and there is no significant reason to track it.
