I am not giving up anything. I do what I want. I eat what I want. I just do it responsibly and in moderation. You do not ever have to give up anything.

My boyfriend introduced me to Utz Red Hot chips. I'm so very addicted. Fortunately the store down the street sells individual bags for $.35 and they're only 150 cals, so I think that's manageable.

Not interfering with my weight loss, but coffeecoffeecoffee, definitely. I see no reason to give it up. I've tried, and it never ends well. I drink totally abusive amounts of it -- typically a full pot of regular a day, plus some decaf in the evenings. I log it, not because I'm worried about the 14 calories, but because I want to get credit for the potassium in it.

If a doctor ever suggested I give up coffee I'd suggest he give up oxygen.

    They sound lovely!
Anything under 200 cals can be worked into a day pretty easily for me at the moment. I had to give up buying multipacks and "sharing packs" of crisps (chips) though - an open packet is an empty packet!

There's nothing I CAN'T give up, but things I WON'T give up; red meat, coffee, chocolate, sugar, butter ( no margarine here! ), crystallized ginger, pizza, fried chicken, diet Dr. Pepper.

    Sushi & Sex

You are logging your sex calories right??

Most definitely YES, I log those. ;-)

As for what I can't give up - it's PEANUT BUTTER. I literally cannot keep it in the house since I will just use a spoon and OM NOM NOM it all up. Otherwise I do pretty well for balanced diet and portion control.

The Reese's pumpkins. I always plan my bulk around Halloween and Christmas. Damn those chocolate trees!

The trees and pumpkins are somehow ALWAYS better than the regular ones!

cheese!!!! any kind, i just love the stuff so i made homemade cream cheese out of yogurt which calms my cravings but is low in calories and fat. for anyone interested, i discovered it accidentally, i make my own yogurt but it's usually very runny so i strained it with muslin cloth and a colander and the next morning i tasted it and thought" with some salt this would be exactly like philadelphia cream cheese" and so it was; i still indulge on some cheddar from time to time, i slice it very thin and cry when i see the calories in the food log, 30 grams is already pushing it!
