I usually add 1Tbsp of raw hemp protein to smoothies. I tried pea protein but I can't seem to get past the taste. Quinoa is great. Check out Brendan Brazier's book Thrive. There's some great stuff in that book.

Current favorite is garbanzo beans (chickpeas). A cup is 39 grams of protein.

Where are you getting your info?

Garbanzo beans in the MFP database ("Goya - Garbanzo Beans") show 1 cup = 200 calories, 12g protein, 4g fat, 40g carbs and the CalorieKing database ("Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)") show 1 cup = 211 calories, 10.7g protein, 4.2g fat, 34.2g carbs.
