I usually add 1Tbsp of raw hemp protein to smoothies. I tried pea protein but I can't seem to get past the taste. Quinoa is great. Check out Brendan Brazier's book Thrive. There's some great stuff in that book.0

Current favorite is garbanzo beans (chickpeas). A cup is 39 grams of protein.
Where are you getting your info?
