I am training for a marathon in October so this will probably be my highest mileage month ever. If training goes as planned, will hit 190 miles in September. It seems much more intimidating now that I added up all of those planned miles for each week. Yikes.0

Buildup for the Auckland half has begun so I'll be aiming for at least 160km this month.0

For the first time I'm going to do a running only goal (previously I've counted walking).
I do lots of other non-running exercise, so it's a small goal:

Mine will be a run/walk emphasis on the walk but here's I will give it a go.

I made it to 66 miles in August so I'll set my goal to 70 miles in Sept.0

Starting at 25 miles. I'm doing c25k and I'm not sure how many miles that comes out, but 25 seems a reasonable goal for a beginner.
