I missed my August goal by just a few miles, hope to do better this month.
Just looked at my training plan and I will be doing a total of 75 miles in Spetember - yikes!

After my personal record of 79.7 km run/walked in August, I set the goal to 70 km for this month. Back to the office and family routine after vacations, I hope I can squeeze in some regular training since I'm planning to run a 10K on Oct 5th
