thanks so much. I honestly did not realise you had to eat your exercise calories.
Yesterday for example I ate 1300 cal 100 over my limit, this left 430 exercise calories available and I thought I had done a good thing to leave them out of my eating!
I even went to a drinks night with friends and ate no food, nor drank a drop of good red. I was feeling quite rightous - only to discover I really could have had a least one glass of the red.
This whole idea of eating an increase amount with the increase in exercise - I really need to get my head around, particulary after years of being told different!
