    Sure! I'm walking for 45 mins M, T, W, F, and 30-45 mins after dinner every day. First part done for today!

    I'm in. It's my favorite way to start the day, and I need to stay committed once the weather turns cold. Glad I found this thread.

    I am in and could definitely use the accountability. My goal is 20 minutes per day and so far have not accomplished any. So I know what I will be doing tonight!

    I got 10,200 steps in yesterday! But, I forget to take my Withings pedometer off this morning before I showered and it may be ruined. :(

    I am in. I am just on my way for a walk now. On monday 1st September I walk for 3 hours and 15 minutes when I went shopping with my mum.

    Just came back from a nice 2 mile/33 minute walk at local park track. 12 min at 4mph and 21 min at 3.5mph. Feeling great :-)

    My goal is 30minutes 5x/week :-)

    I am doing a challenge I committed to for myself to do 10,000 steps every day for 30 days.

    SO, it will be great to joing this challenge with others who are also walking!

    I am on my 8th day!! and lost 3 pounds already...yay!

    yesterday - 25 mins on the treadmill. plus 30 squats
    today - 20 mins at lunch - 30 squats, plus 55 mins swimming

    Hey-a! I walk everywhere.. mostly to school and back (4km) but also from the gym, if I am not dead...lol
