      I am sorry for your loss. I lost my son 3 1/2 years ago. There's not an hour that goes by without at least a passing thought of him. I'm happy that you've found a way to triumph through the pain. I know that exercise has helped me get through my new life. Thank you for sharing your story.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your child. I have one son and if I lost him I don't know if i would have the same strength that you had.
