You do know that milk products contains lactose, which is sugar.
Yes sir, still eat 50 or so grams of sugar a day but I dont eat processed sugars. Greek yogurt only has 1 gram of sugar per 5 oz.
I'm a woman.
LOL!0 -

But in what may be an Internet first, a classy apology was graciously accepted. :drinker:
I don't have a gif for that. :grumble:0 -
I eat the greek gods plain full fat yogurt (the fat free has more carbs than I want for my macros) and then I add strawberries granola and almonds. Usually 1c yogurt 1/2c strawberries 1/8c granola and 1/8/c sliced almonds. I guess I add my own carbs to it to make up for what I don't get in the non-fat version. HAHA but they're my carbs and I'll add them my way. :flowerforyou:0

I buy plain yogurt and add sugar free jelly or jam.
Tastes better in my opinion.0 -
Could you just, like, leave the fruit yogurt on the shelf for those of us who actually want to eat it?0

Well this spiraled out of control rather quickly. I'm already in, but I might as well pull up a chair.

Also, if you buy a big tub of it instead of individual containers and portion them out in tiny Tupperware containers, you save money and help the environment.
This is what I do. I go through 2+ of the big containers of Fage Plain 2% Greek Yogurt every week. Generally I eat it with fruit, or with fruit+protein powder, or I make it into tatziki!0 -

I buy the cups for conveinence and dont really care to save the planet.

I used to buy Greek yogurt until I realized that it's really "Greek Style". It's just yogurt with excess whey drained off. I buy plain yogurt and strain it myself. No additives. I like it plain. I know, I'm weird.0

Sorry to be a geek here... but...

And thank you from the heart of my bottom for the Jensen Ackles gif. Never tire of those! :laugh:0 -

Most of the cups are recyclable. I know Danone Oikos Greek yogurt cups are.0 -

There's also pumpkin Noosa yogurt. (Which I know is not Greek yogurt but is still delicious in general.) I've never tried it but I've seen it at Target.
