Life happens and I just need to keep making progress no matter what setbacks may occur, my willingness to continue trying is paying off!

    "Don't give up what you want most, for what you want right now." Weight loss is all about making a small decision correctly, over and over. Go for that walk or run when you don't really feel like it. Don't eat a third cookie. Etc etc!
