    NEVER give up no matter how long it may seem to be taking. Stay home as much as possible...until you know you can control cheating and then the following day you will be back on track. Increase your workouts the stronger you get and never stop trying to better yourself

    Wow! So Jealous! You look amazing!! I have the same goal and the day of my delivery I weighed 208 (up from 135) So I hope I can be as successful as you! My son will be a year in March and I am still 15lbs away from 135 again... any tips, suggestions that you have would be greatly appreciated. My body doesn't seem to want to get rid of the last few pounds!
