Wow. I am sooo impressed seeing what you all eat and still lose weight. Having just restarted I was thinking lettice leaves and green tea and was not feeling inspired. Being English, I don't always know what some of the ingredients are, but sweet potatoes seem to be a favourate, so will give them a try. Thank you all for sharing and showing weight loss need not be bland and boring, and showing meals I would never have thought to make.0

Homemade black-eyed peas (cooked with crushed tomatoes, beef stock, brussel sprouts, onions, garlic and new potatoes, salt and pepper), fresh corn salad with asparagus, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and a side of red bell pepper. I added a chopped nitrate-free beef hot dog to this serving of the black-eyed peas.0

I am a member of that group but no one has posted in ages. Wasn't sure if it was a new fluff recipe.
Was the jelly just made as the pack instructions and then frozen slightly?
Thanks.
Also, no gum added?0 -
