Hi all. I'm new to the group and only been running about 6 weeks. My goal for September is 75 miles.
My runs so far this month are below.
9/2 - 1.15mi (15'11"/mi)
9/4 - 3.32mi (13'31"/mi)
9/5 - 4.01mi (10'46"/mi) No walk breaks! Finally!!
