Patience and just eating enough and eating right. That was key! I've always worked out but didn't notice results until I ate better0 -

Fantastic progress! Progress pictures go so far when it comes to tracking progression. The scale can only entail so much. I think when we hit a plateau or feel like we aren't doing a good enough job, we can create that stress and pity party but being able to look back and see where you started can change that in a heart beat and keep you moving in the right direction.0
