    I am logged into #runanywherenation for the month also: a group who are running/hiking/biking/swimming and donating a dollar for each mile to the charity of their choice. My goal for all activities for the month is 125 miles.

    9/1: ran 3.92
    9/3: ran 4.47
    9/4: bike 7.79
    9/6 ran 3.25
    9/7: ran 3.12 in the Hilo Bay 5k---and won my age division with a personal best! Woot!

    7/9 - 4.12

    22.1km so far 77.9 left!!

    I'm aiming to increase my weekday runs to 7km and my Sunday run is normally 5.4km.

    After my personal record of 79.7 km run/walked in August, I set the goal to 70 km for this month. Back to the office and family routine after vacations, I hope I can squeeze in some regular training since I'm planning to run a 10K on Oct 5th

    Sept. 1 - 2 km walk
    Sept. 2 - 3.5 km run
    Sept. 4 - 3 km walk
    Sept. 6 - 7.3 km run
