    I had the special, which was Lamb Curry over Basmati Rice with Naan

    Dessert was a chocolate brownie with red wine chocolate sauce over vanilla custard. Menu said chocolate ganache on top, but it was more like a chocolate streusel.

    it's experiment day. I'm trying zucchini lasagna. sadly I'm out of grated romano, so nothing is on the top now. just came out of oven

    there are also 3 zucchini breads in the oven .. i'm trying apple sauce instead of oil..

    Tonight I made shrimp scampi on linguine.


    That is my dream dinner. My husband is allergic to shrimp, so I rarely make it, but I order it when we go out nearly every chance we get. Scampi is my favorite!
