    Run was really warm tonight. I don't think I had eaten enough prior to it so it was really really hard! Anyway another 6 miles in the bag. Only another 36 to go!

    C25K day 3 done! Darn treadmill shut down in middle of my run, but I was determined to complete 30 mins, which ended up being 40 total. Maybe the restart was good!

    I was sick for few days but came back with a new PDR, of 13.1 miles last night. Now I know it's physically possible for me to complete the half. I also revised my totals from previous runs because I'd lost the spreadsheet I'd been using to keep track, and was going from memory--found it now.
