My drink of choice is flavored vodka (citrus, mandrin, blueberry, rasberry etc) with soda water and some lemons or limes. You can also had a splash of cranberry or bring in your own crystal light packets.
I'm drinking wine now, but flavored vodka/soda is my cocktail of choice. And I have a ton of friends that do the Crystal Light thing.0 -
Vodka / Soda - You can get those zero calorie flavored waters that are good with it too... That's my personal "low-cal" poison0

good choice!0

I just have shots of vodka, I dont want the chemicals that are in the diet coke  . I am big time serious too. :drinker:0

Generally clear liquors are your best bet:
Vodka & Sprite Zero is no carb and low cal (Stoli orange is particularly yummy in Sprite Zero, or in Low Carb Red Bull)
Spiced Rum & Diet Coke is my other favorite (though the spiced rum I believe has some carbs to it)
Bud Select 55 is actually REALLY tasty for a light (super light) beer.
And believe it or not, Guinness is one of the "best" beers in terms of your waistline (according to "Eat This, Not That.")0 -

Given whenever I go out, I'm normally driving, I just drink ice tea (0 cals ) but If I'm drinking, light beer will work.0

I attempt the method of not caring about how many calories are in the drink, and just go with moderation. I figure that if you only have a couple drinks in a week then it's all right.0 -
Nah I don't think they do in clubs in the Uk...but pubs yeah!0

Bring on the DiHydroMonOxide !!!0 -
Doesn't matter too much with cals. Slows your metabolism by 73% which is what makes people fatter ... not the cals
Just sayin! Even 1 drink0 -
cherry vodka & sugar free red bull = 65 cals
vanilla voka & diet coke = 65 cals
Vodka & club soda = 65 cals (add some lime)
Those are my go-toos. I usually only have one and sip it. Also, try ordering a club soad with a lime wedge, looks like your drinking so people won't try to "force" more drinks on you.0 -
PATRON TEQUILA IS MY FAV =D0

I get those tiny little red wine bottles you can buy; it's 130 calories for a little bottle. But you have to make yourself stop, which is easier said than done. All that being said, the best alcohol for weight loss is water in a dirty glass!0

Actually......diet Coke and vanilla vodka is yummy and it's called a Skinny B**** to a bartender!0

Ye I like the sound of the skinny *****0

I used go with diet coke, vodka and a slice of lime. HOWEVER, when drinking alcohol, you have to remember that even a little bit can immediately reduce your metabolism by 80%!! And it can make you crave sugary, salty, fatty foods. So now I just have a diet coke (the caffeine can even boost your metabolism a little bit). So in the end, is having one or two drinks for social purposes worth the risk of killing your metabolism and craving other foods? I say No.0

That is very true! I think in future i will try and just have a diet coke or something. At least until ive reached my goal weight0
