I was just having this discussion with my friends about a week or so ago and decided to keep working with my trainer until December-January to see if my bat wings and stomach improve before I go under the knife in Spring 2015 to have it removed. You have given me hope. Thank you for being kind enough to share your journey with us. Congrats to you.0

Thanks for talking about this...and sharing your journey.
I too see my imperfections before I see my progress.
We're both a work in process I guess. Lets keep going.
You are very brave to share this and help others here...including me.
Thank you sincerely.0 -

Thank you so much for posting. You look healthy and amazing and I would love for my after pic to look like your recent pj pic! The little bit of extra skin doesn't hide the fact you have a nice waistline.0

When I started I was unhealthy..practically dying..at 29. Now im a lot healthier, my body is now running 5 miles, am I skinny? Nope. Ive lost weight but am still chubby. I still have areas to improve..however...the health ive obtained I will take any day over the looks of my body.
I thank you for posting this. You are sooooo right. If I have a saggy tummy when im done but have the health of an active 20 yr old, im wayyyy more looking forward to that.
This made my night!! Thanks again.0 -

Wow. good to know that you can over train and over work your body by just sticking to a schedule. I need to let go of this notion that im never working hard enough during a workout or just in general. thanks for sharing!0

Thanks for sharing. Amazing post and achievement.0

My belly looks like yours too. I feel like looking close up makes it look worse. If you take in your whole look together face/armslegs/chest etc.. You will feel more beautiful. Add in personality and we are both knock outs lol.
Just how I look at it~0 -
Thanks for sharing this, so openly and honestly too! You rock!!!! Seriously inspiring!! Real life, great progress and living life to the fullest!! Kutgw!!! :flowerforyou:0

Just in case I ever need a skin graft, my loose skin will come in handy.0

This is awesome. I am one of those people who worries about what my skin will look like and think surgery is my only option but my stomach sags a whole lot for how heavy I am and always has for as long as I can remember. Plus, I too had a baby. But this is awesome! Way to go!!!!!!0

This was a great read. Thanks for sharing :flowerforyou:0

Thank you so much for sharing, it has really helped for me to see someone else who had issues/concerns with loose skin but I can clearly see by approaching it the right way, it is possible to reduce this. I have been worried about it far too much and keep forgetting that I am actually improving my health every day and that is far more important.
You look amazing.0
