    Wow! Such an inspiration. I too started at 250+ and am working towards a goal weight of 150. It seems so far away. But, I'm sticking with it. As I make nutrition more important, I am also adding movement into my schedule everyday. Today, I didn't get to the gym, but I started out my morning with a brisk walk for a few miles. Change is happening! Thank you for sharing.

    Dear Cyndesire,

    You look great! Such an inspiration to those of us who have a large amount of weight to lose. I started in August being serious with MFP. I have tried WW and with retirement, decided that WW was waaaay too expensive. I was never logged in when on WW and with MFP I log in every day. When I began, I weighed 205. Today, I am at 191. I'd like to get down to 150 lbs. so our stories are very similar.

    You keep up the good work. I am so proud of you.
