So how's everyone today? Here in sweden the weather is cold but fantastic. Gonna take a walk later on so i get my mood up a bit. Being unemployed sucks, but it's really good for my body. I have the time to focus and do my workouts as I should.
Since it is lunch time here i'm gonna give you guys a yummy recipe on Tunaburgers.
For one person:
One waterpack tuna, drained solids.
One egg
Spices
Mix it well and put the "dough" in a frying pan with some fat in it. Cook on medium heat till the burgers get solid.
Serve with cottage cheese and boiled broccoli, or just make it your own

Need some advice- Does anyone have tips for reducing bloating around TOTM? I accept that I will gain/ not lose (if lucky!!) but the bloating just makes the clothes that were feeling a bit looser feel tight again0 -
Hi peeps! Happy Thursday! (it IS Thursday right?!)
I'm full of cold (again) this morning and discovered yesterday that I have tendinitis in my left wrist so going to have to cut down on the weighst for a week or so and concentrate on the cardio... Hope my EA active won't mind! It'll probably be surprised that I'm not always skipping the running part of the work out!
Bought a Davina MacCall rowing type thing yesterday too - won't be able to try that out for a few days!
Ahhhh well! Burnt some cals on a little charity shop shopping spree yesterday with a friend so the chicken pasty I sneaked in didn't take me over my cal intake..

It's Friday lunchtime here ... goal for the day was to do a 10km bike ride, which I did first thing this morning ...
I'm doing a little triathlon on Sunday (300m swim, 10km bike ride, 3km run or in my case walk a bit run a bit!)
So I'll be away until Monday ...
