I know the anti-artificial-sweetener camp will pounce on this, but I usually use a dash of Mio (orange or lemon) or, after lifting/cardio, I use Nuun (it's high in electrolytes so I don't drink it throughout the day.
I have a 40-oz insulated water bottle I usually empty 2-3 times a day, and I find just having a half of a serving of Mio helps in the process.0 -
Herbal tea? Green tea? I love water so I don't mind drinking that, but if I'm in the mood for something different tea is my next in line.0

I've never understood this devotion to water as if food and all drink were not hydrating enough. Besides that my food is full of water, I also enjoy fresh brewed coffee, many flavors of tea, an occasional soda, a nice merlot from Sonoma, and a well-made margarita.0

Love me a tall glass of decaf iced tea with a lemon wedge and half a packet of stevia!
And I make a pitcher of "spa water" to keep in the fridge, which is water with fresh slices of lemon, lime and orange. It is very refreshing.
I have also been known to splash a couple tablespoons of POM (pomegranate juice) in my water jug.0 -

I like to drink unsweetened ice tea. I usually do a mixture of 4 green tea bags, 2 white tea bags, and 1 harvest strawberry & passion fruit tea bag. The combination is AMAZING!
Try experimenting with different combinations of fruit water - use your favorite fruits to ice water and let chill in the fridge.
I love drinking all natural apple juice but have to be careful of the sugar and calories, they add up quick.
I also on the occasion will have a glass of dark chocolate almond milk for a treat.
Good luck finding things you like to drink!0 -
Go to Walmart and by American flavored water. No calories, sugar, fats,no carbs, no sodium and it really tastes good. It comes in tons of opinions. I like the black cherry. Good luck.0

I have one coffee m-f when I get to work. Small one.
The rest of the time only water. All weekend, only water.
oh. and if I go out to a patio or special occasion I'll have a glass of red wine or sangria. But I always calculate that into my day. And it is very rare. Once or twice a month if that.0 -
I drink green tea and water with lemon0

I tried lemon water but then my teeth started hurting so I stay away from that. and doesn't carbonation make you more bloated? not that I am any example to lead by, I drink 4-6 cups of coffee a day and 2-3 glasses of wine hahaha. But I stopped drinking soda and energy drinks! so for now I'm happy but need to change up again soon. anyway for the rambling! green tea + a shot of milk +1/2 a sugar is delicious. (or for a cold drink I will do cold green tea and honey)0

I add spark to my water once a day.... Gives me caffeine since I gave up soda but only 45 calories and not sugar crash0
