A lot of people here are crushing it.
lolol. love this movie.0 -
I was waiting to hit the 50 lb mark before I posted anything, but I got excited and couldn't wait! Haha
I started at a high of 324 lb about four months ago and am about 40 lbs down at 285. I've got a long way to go but I'm really proud of the progress I've made so far.
I wore this dress for my college graduation and then again for a wedding last weekend. I think the part I loved the most was that with a little less stomach the dress had more length and I didn't accidentally flash anyone this time!! :blushing:
Edit: My pictures were massive so I figured I'd fix that.0 -
You look great!!!!0

This was me at about 220 lbs. I was nearly 270 lbs at my heaviest, but would not DARE let anyone take my pic then.
This was me at 150 lbs.
Since then - LIFE happened. Had a baby, got diagnosed with some pretty harsh medical stuff (over a year on high dose prednisone), got divorced, and my dad passed away. I'm an emotional eater, so the pounds crept back on. I'm back on track and have about 43 pounds to lose. The best part is that I'm my own biggest inspiration. I know I can do it because I've done it before. YAY!
you look marvelous!!!0 -

Hi everyone!
These are mine:
I'm nowhere near done yet. Still have saddlebags to go, hehe. I'm working towards a more firm and toned look. Currently working hard to build some muscles.
You, madam, have the most fantastic booty I have ever seen...

2 weeks ago, quite a bit lighter!0 -
Nice to see this. I started at 240, now 179 but only 5'4 so my BMI is still too high. Looking to lose about 19 more. You look great.0

Amazing man. Hard to believe what you can accomplish when you're ready to do it. Both these posts were meant to be replies to a particular set of photos. I clicked reply and typed but they both ended up here at the end. ?? Don't know what i'm doing wrong.0

I'm still "during", but here's my last comparison shot (I've lost an additional four pounds since). Not incredibly impressive visually, but I'm getting there.
edit: too big!0 -

I used to be fat.
Here are my pics.
As you can see, I used to be fat nearly my entire life. I'm 5'10. My fattest was 230lbs (15 years old). Now (still 5'10) at 175lbs (24 years old). The "fat selfie" was in Aug'13. The "buff instagram" is Sep'14. I practice clean eating mostly follow the Paleo Diet. My workouts are core-strengthening and stability based.
It was a long journey.
And through this journey I discovered I wanted to help others with their fitness goals, too. That's why I became a certified personal trainer (NASM) and chose to major in Kinesiology at my University.
Anyway, I figured since I'll be having clients soon I might as well get a feel for how that works. So I want to help you all (free of charge) with your fitness goals.
For starters, tell me about:
Your age and gender (gives me ideas on what strategies I can suggest to you)
Your biggest health problem and full story
What you've tried
What you've HATED about what you tried
I'll read everyone's posts and see what strategies I can suggest for you.
Cool?
**P.S.** I’d like to compile and organize all my answers and suggested solutions for those that are interested.
If you want it you can get a reminder when I complete it here: http://eepurl.com/34TSL
**Disclaimer** Oh and by the way, you should always consult with your doctor first0 -
Woww!!! Great job!0
