Well I guess I cannot do this just yet as I keep forgetting I need to have my phone in my pocket to track my steps. I know I have done well over 10,000 a day just based on my exercise but cannot tell you how much. I might go buy a fitbit this week if I do then I will start when I get that.0

If you do buy a fitbit (I have one and love it) they are are cheaper on Amazon than on the Fitbit website but Fitbit still backs them up should something happen to it.0 -

OMG this would kill me! I'm 20 days in MFP and have only taken short walks. My life consists of mostly sitting... at work... at home... If I had to guess I may have 1000 steps by the end of the day... but that is stretching it!
But this will give me a reason to buy a Fitbit... or one of those gadgets...
So why not????
