Broke my plateau from last Sunday (when I hit 50 lb down).
51.7 now.
And despite the plateaus, I'm down 10.6 lb in the last 30 days. Yay me!
(Yes, that's more than 2 lb per week, and yes, I'm being monitored by a doctor, and yes, I know that the rate will/should eventually slow. For now, I'm enjoying it.)
I'm almost to 20% of my starting weight GONE (3.4 lb),
and almost halfway to my goal weight (3.5 lb).0 -

And I found out I've had a slight miscalculation w/r/t how permanent sharpies are...
As in, it didn't stand up to being sweatted on thoroughly.
Apparently my workout now is much harder than it was 10 lb ago, because I didn't have this problem before.
The writing got sort of a pink halo where the ink bled.
So I'll be looking for a fabric marker, or fabric paint pen, and making a new shirt.0 -
You go girl!0

I had started refusing to be weighed, since it usually didn't apply to why I was being seen & I already knew I was fat. :frown:[/quote]
